Verification Process: Our team will conduct a thorough inspection and assessment, typically within 30 days, to confirm the vehicle’s eligibility. It must match its initial condition and comply with all purchase details outlined.

Buy-Back Prerequisites: Buyers must adhere to Eagle Auto Dealer LLC Terms & Conditions during the buy-back request, and the vehicle’s condition must remain unaltered post-purchase.

Refund Process: Upon approval, buyers will be notified, and refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the transferable title.

Post Buy-Back Procedures: Following the buy-back, the vehicle will remain at the buyer’s location for up to 7 days after the refund. Buyers are responsible for aiding in the remarketing process, including inspections, photos, and coordinating pickup.

Buyer’s Responsibilities: After the buy-back, buyers must ensure safe storage of the vehicle as per industry standards and are liable for any loss or damage until collection.

Limitations: Eagle Auto Dealer LLC reserves the right to limit the number of vehicles eligible for the buy-back policy under a single buyer.
